Tom Paterson Insurance is looking for insurance professionals who are self-motivated and excited to establish customer relationships. We are a fast paced office and focus highly on customer service and a positive team atmosphere.
This is a FULL TIME, in office position.
Skills Needed:
-Computer knowledge and the ability to learn programs
-Excellent communication skills to help our customers
-Attention to detail and ability to multi task
-Be punctual and able to make good decisions
-Maintain confidentiality for our customers and office
-Desire for long-term employment
Responsible For:
-Building customer relationships, greeting customers, and answering phones
-Professional office environment
-Following up with customers as needed
-Provide excellent customer service while helping customer navigate through insurance policies, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, and billing questions.
