Tony had worked in middle management in cable TV business and was tired of the corporate structure so Tony decided to start his own business. Roofing fit into his background of door to door sales due to how you could identify your potential customers easily. Went to work for his old boss in newspaper business doing roof cleaning. After leaving him after 2 years he started cleaning roofs by going door to door and as time went by the business expanded. He did not have a business plan to expand his business when it started.
