Happy Easter Everyone.
At Top Down Home Inspection your safety and ours is a top priority. I am asking Buyers to limit attendance to only those people necessary and preferably only one. I would ask that you come for the last portion of the inspection to limit our face to face time. If the property is occupied it may be better if you not come at all and I can discuss the report and findings and take payments online or over the phone. I am sanitizing before, during, and after all inspections. My self and my family are working from home and not making any unnecessary trips in hopes to reduce the risk.
According to the seller, this original structure was originally Pa Ingalls parents home. This was on a property I Inspected today down in Stockholm, WI.
Now it's easier to call Top Down Home Inspection LLC.

If by chance your water heater malfunctions, the temperature pressure relief valve (TPRV) is supposed to open to relieve the built up pressure and steam. The pressurized steam would be directed into this pipe. The pipe should be installed so it turns downward and terminates roughly 6 inches from the floor to prevent burns or damage to persons or property that may be standing nearby. The pipe in this photo was not likely done by any professional that understands what it is intended for.
