Sales Associates/Project Managers (Cedar Rapids, IA and Surrounding Areas) ABOUT US: Top Notch Contracting is an experienced contracting company that offers roofing, gutter, and siding services. We have over 30+ years of experience and we work mostly in the mid-west region. After the recent storm we are very busy and have tons of work available, therefore you must be willing to start immediately. We are an ESSENTIAL BUSINESS seeking motivated individuals due to explosive demand for property restoration as a result of several hail/wind storm events in the area the past 2 years. As part of our team, you will have a fun and exciting opportunity to make a very lucrative income, work out in the field and in a professional office environment, have opportunity for professional advancement, and will learn about the BILLION dollar storm restoration industry! (No construction or skilled labor experience necessary or required.) COMPENSATION: - 40% of profit - Weekly draw may be increased based on experience - Weekly payroll, paid every Friday - Average residential commissions per job: $1,000.
