Top Security Locksmiths is deeply sorry what happened early this morning at the Lakeside Lacey Dinner. As a small business owner, I hate seeing a struggling small business owner have his/her business taken away from them. Unfortunately I wasn't dispatched on that call, and being the owner I have the authority to decide what jobs get completed. My employee didn't want to walk away for fear of losing his job, especially the way people are being fired at a high rate.
He was unable to contact me, to give him the go ahead to walk away. When Law Enforcement contacts us, they don't give the address, nor do they provide the name of the location. The Tech. was told to meet at the local PD and follow the Sheriff. We wish we hadn't gotten the call from the state.
