Tortilleria La Mixteca
In 1996, Mr. Guillermo Iglesias, along with his wife, Ms. Lilia Churches, founded in Woodside, Queens, Tortillas "La Mixteca", a company that has slowly been gaining ground over other brands on the market its quality, taste, texture, and of course, for the excellent customer service offered by the executives of this thriving business entity, through their representatives (whether drivers, secretaries, receptionists or workers in general). Today, the number of tortilla production "La Mixteca" (also known as "suavecita") is estimated at 500 thousand daily tortillas. The local small business grew, with an area of five thousand square feet, to an area of forty thousand square feet. Tortillas "The Mixteca" are distributed not only in Latin grocery stores, but also in restaurants and French, Italians, offering fajitas and nachos as part of their menu.
