Due to current inventory levels of certain over-the-counter items, we are limiting those items (gloves, alcohol, paper towels, etc) to ONE PER CUSTOMER PER WEEK. Thank you so much for your understanding as we all work thru this period.
In an effort to protect our patients and staff, beginning Monday, March 23 we will begin handling all pharmacy transactions (Rx and OTC) through our Drive Thru window. We know this will pose some logistical hurdles but if we can enhance everyone’s safety it will be worth it.
We are expanding our delivery services and if you are within 3 miles of the store it remains free.
A few things that may facilitate the line moving quickly:
Call 336-570-2273 or text 336-214-0565 or 336-263-1602 before coming by to make sure your prescription is ready.
You can also contact us via email info@totalcareburlington.com We typically respond before the end of the day.
We are going to work very hard to make sure you get the care you need. Please bear with us while we work out the kinks.
Excellent advice.

If you have questions more specific to your circumstances please call us. You can leave a message and we’ll get back to you ASAP. You can email us at info@totalcareburlington.com and you can send us a text at (336) 565-7628.
