Total Comfort has instituted enhanced safety measures for the protection of our customers and technicians. Once in the home, technicians must wear new, fresh shoe covers and protective gloves on every service call. We've also instructed them to avoid shaking hands and stand at least 6 feet away from customers. We no longer distribute business cards or hand over tablets or any documentation; instead, our technicians will take pictures with their smart phones and text or email the information to homeowners. Our technicians have been instructed to minimize contact to anything beyond their tools and the equipment they’re repairing—and all of that is sanitized before they leave the job.
