Nobody stands behind their work more than we do! Total Exterior Cleaning is a local company out of Williamsburg. We have been in existence as a full service power washing company since 2003. Our experience with power washing reaches back still further. We are fully licensed and insured. The owner, Jody Kinley, started power washing exclusively when he was shown the damage that fungus, algae, mold and mildew causes to a variety of your homes surfaces. Since then, due to many previous years of management experience, Jody has expanded the business and built a rather large customer base.
We do residential and commercial power washing, from curbside appearance to full property cleans including; roofs, siding, decks, concrete, brick, stucco, gutters, patio furniture, playground equipment, and R.V.'s. We clean condos, apartments, hotels, businesses, restaurants, retirement homes and communities, etc. Ask us about our interior/exterior gutter protection. Keep the interior clog free and the exterior free of those ugly black stripes. Our cleaners are biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Using both hot and cold water, we specialize in the gentlest wash possible. However, if you need heavy duty cleaning power we can also provide that.
As of 2010, we have taken on a partner. A partner with a business degree from the University of Richmond and a Plant and Turf Management degree from Virginia Tech. This has expanded our services. We now offer Landscaping services that include more than just grass cutting. We can provide all year exterior maintenance, protection and beautification for your properties. We cannot only clean your home's exterior, we can blow and/or vacuum your leaves (we compost), and we can deliver and/or spread mulch. We offer pruning, planting and weed control. Basically, complete turf and plant management.
