To Whom It May Concern:
Almost four years ago I was in a parachuting accident while serving as a sergeant in the United States Air Force. I suffered damage to my lower back and left SI joint. The pain was terrible. Over time I was forced to give up my active hobbies. Eventually I was discharged from the Air Force due to my injuries and my physical limitations. Even sitting hurt so badly that I chose to stand all day; sitting only to drive to work and back to my home.
I returned home to St. George Utah in the beginning of 2007. Since my injury I have received care from 10 doctors in different fields and been under the care of three pain clinics. I experienced limited, temporary success with injections from pain clinics but had almost given up hope until I met Dr. Poppe.
I had been under his care for about six weeks and because of his treatment my pain level has dropped from an excruciating, life altering 8 out of 10 to a manageable 4 out of 10. Two months ago I was unable to sit for more than 5 minutes without terrible pain, now I can sit for over 30 minutes and am still improving. Two weeks ago I played my first nine holes of golf in almost four years. Life is good again. If you have pain or an injury I hope you give spinal decompression a chance to help.
