Western Montgomery County is under a FLOOD WATCH as the remnants of Zeta will move through the region today, bringing several waves of heavy rain from late this morning through this evening. Storm total rain of 2 to 4 inches is possible across the watch area. This could lead to overland and road flooding as well as small stream flooding. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on current forecasts. You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible flood warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.

-Requirements 5+ year(s) in Construction, Fire and Water Restoration industry
-Experience working with property owners, sub-contractors, independent adjusters, insurance adjusters, and programs
-Must be proficient with Xactimate Estimating Software
-Experience in construction project management with excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Effective at monitoring and managing multiple projects
-Knowledgeable at project estimating, job costing and quality control
-Ability to supervise technicians and maintain leadership skills
-IICRC Certification in Fire, Water, and Mold restoration certifications is a bonus
Must have valid driver license with a reasonable driving record. Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft. Must be able to pass a drug test.
