Welcome to Tozer Eye Center

Tozer Eye Center has been providing comprehensive eye care in the Scottsdale area since 1984.

Our doctors have developed a reputation of excellence in both medical and surgical eye care. We provide treatment for eye diseases that include macular degeneration, glaucoma, corneal disease, dry eye, keratoconus, and diabetic conditions. The most advanced technologies in cataract surgery, LASIK and other refractive procedures are offered by Dr. Randall Tozer and Dr. Kevin Tozer. Tozer Eye Center is also pleased to be one of the first practices in the Valley to offer FDA approved corneal cross-linking for keratoconus and post refractive ectasia. In addition, routine examinations are performed to screen for eye disease and prescribe glasses. We offer contact lens fittings and full service optical in our office.

At Tozer Eye Center, we emphasize providing personalized patient care. We are committed to providing the highest quality service for the individual and family.

Tozer Eye Center congratulates both Dr. Randall Tozer and Dr. Kevin Tozer on their selection by Phoenix Magazine 2019 as being among the top 11 ophthalmologists in the city, as voted on by their peers. This is Dr. Randall Tozer’s fourteenth year being selected and Dr. Kevin Tozer’s first year.
