Sylvie is a certified yoga sculpt instructor who has been teaching in the Boston area since 2019. Her yoga sculpt classes are physically challenging, but her upbeat playlists and unique bodyweight exercises will make class fly by! Sylvie loves seeing her students push their limits, but her favorite part of teaching is building communities rooted in energy and strength.
A mashup of bootcamp-style fitness and power vinyasa flow, yoga sculpt incorporates strength, cardio, and yoga to challenge your mind and body. No need for weights - all you'll need for this 60-minute, bodyweight class is a yoga mat or towel and water.
*By attending, you must agree to follow all social distancing guidelines as set forth by the City of Boston and Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Equipment will not be provided or shared, please bring your own mat / towel. Mats and participants will be socially distanced, at least six feet apart. Masks or other face coverings must be worn when participants are not on their mats.
