Awesome tour today!
Spectrum Business has forced me to close my business early today, September 13, 2020 due to their inability to maintain basic internet and phone service to the Windy Hill area of North Myrtle Beach. I have already turned away hundreds of dollars in business because I cannot take credit cards without internet service. I cannot get phone bookings without phone service.
I am sure they will require me to pay the monthly service fees in full as they do every month. They are not losing any money and don't seem to mind that I do.
Looking for suggestions on a new business internet and service provider in North Myrtle Beach.
Week 2 Sunday September 20. 2020. Spectrum business internet is down in Windy Hill. I lost money last Sunday due the outage now I'm back in the same situation this week.
I didn't change service providers last week but should have. I guess this is on me for not going to the competition when I had a chance.
This is so frustrating.
