Transforming Life Sober Living Inc offers a transitional approach to addiction treatment services for drug/alcohol addiction, cigarette addiction and co-dependency. Our treatment and services cater to teenagers and adults struggling with addiction, as well as family members of addicts. We focus on an active lifestyle as part of recovery and stress the importance of spirituality, but we do not advocate any particular religion. Especially sensitive to Iranian culture. Our residential treatment center specializes in addiction recovery, alcoholism, addiction, substance abuse recovery, sober living, rehab, detox, co-dependency, and gambling addiction. It is our mission to provide culturally sensitive, comprehensive treatment specifically for addicts and alcoholics, including people with co-occurring disorders and their families. The owner, Siamak Afshar has been a recovering addict, alcoholic, and gambler since 1983. He is a highly regarded chemical dependency counselor and a certified interventionist in Southern California. Siamak has been working in the field of addiction/dual diagnosis at various schools, county/private hospitals since 1987, and in private practice for the last 14 years. Siamak Afshar is the founder of IRC, a non-profit organization which offers services free of charge to addicts/alcoholics and their families in need.
