HONEST & GOOD Nestled at the foot of Pike's Peak in Colorado Springs, CO, Transparent Cleaning Co. has humble roots: we're just a couple of young professionals who are good at cleaning and passionate about customer service. Our mantra became "Honest & Good" because that has been what we strive to embody as individuals and as a company: integrity in both the quality of our work and the pricing of our services, as well as treating everyone with respect and a heart of service. We believe that the home is where the best relationships are formed, and we love servicing homes for that reason. As an extra gift to you, the homeowner, on every residential clean we offer cleaning of tracks, mirrors, and screens at no extra charge. In addition to window cleaning we offer a number of other residential cleaning and home maintenance services, including power washing, and servicing gutters. We also offer small-scale commercial window cleaning. While our emphasis is on residential cleaning, we bring the same care and quality to your store-front, restaurant, place of worship, or office that we bring to your home. Our service areas include: Colorado Springs, Fountain, Woodland Park, Monument, Palmer Lake, Peyton, Falcon, and Castle Rock. Depending on the scope of the job, and the distance, we do offer services outside of these areas, but may add a travel charge, which will be discussed during the estimating process. Transparent: Pricing as clear as our windows. A quick note on our pricing: In keeping with the industry standards, we charge per pane, not per window. A window often has several panes of glass, with interiors and exteriors being counted as panes. For example, for a window with two panes of glass, at $3.00 per pane, it would come to $12.00 for cleaning the interior and exterior panes. Additional costs for difficulty may be applied, but will be discussed at the time of the estimate.
