Armillaria Root Rot, is one of many micro-organisms that naturally decay stumps and roots, but it can also attack living trees. It causes poor growth, yellow to brown foliage and eventually death of the tree.
How to spot Armillaria Root Rot: Wilted, downward-hanging foliage is often the first obvious symptom. Other symptoms include foliage yellowing, leaf drop, die back of upper limbs, and mushrooms growing around the base of the infected tree.
