The Small business administration is offering a FORGIVABLE loan for small business owners, independent contractors and Sole proprietors.
Go to sba.gov/page/disaster-loan-applications
If you are an independent contractor (1099) or sole proprietors (LLC)
Go to the Home Loans or Sole proprietors Loans
Download forms (option 2. Home or Sole proprietor loan application)
Follow instructions.
You will also need to include form 4506-T
(Request for Transcript of Tax return )
For those of you who are partnership, Scorp & C-Corp
The application process will be more complex

As the stock market continues to drop, mortgage interest rates continue to improve. Rates have dropped back down to pre-midterm election levels. In 2019, we should finally be seeing a stabilization of rates and they are still historically low. Be sure to spread the good news.
