We’re honored to served our community since 1945 — 75 years strong! Heather Sairs‎Positively Wisconsin Rapids Wisconsin October 22 at 6:20 PM · We have been running our furnace since the beginning of October, I do not like to be cold. On Tuesday, just as the snow starts to fly, the furnace stops working. We called the person that installed the furnace, but he was unable to help us because he was being quarantined. Wanting our house to be warm again and soon, I called Tri-City Services. They had their guy Karl out to our house that afternoon to look at the problem. Our blower motor had gone out! Karl ordered the part and came back early the next morning and had our furnace up and running again. We are all very happy to have a warm house. Thank you Tri-City Services for your quick and efficient response!

Great reminder, keep those vents clear! Brooklyn WI Fire and EMS January 21, 2019 at 10:00 AM · After snowstorm and or periods of high winds, walk around your house. Check the exhaust for your furnace and water heater or any other gas fired appliance that your home uses. Snow can block theses exhausts causing carbon monoxide to back up in your home. This can create severe health or even fatal condition in your home. If the snow is even remotely close the exhaust, clear a large area underneath and beside them and continue to monitor the area. Always have a properly functioning carbon monoxide detector in your home. Symptoms of carbon monoxide include dizziness, nausea, and headache. If you experience any of these symptoms call for help. If you know of a neighbor that may not be able to check their utility exhausts due to a disability, please check for them.
