If you have a scheduled signing or need to complete a pickup or delivery, please call 320-253-2096 and we will meet you at the door. Additionally, we ask that only parties essential to the transaction enter the office.
You will hear more from us via phone and email than in person for a while, but we're still here to serve your business needs and are equipped to handle your transactions.
We have taken a number of other steps to help protect the health of our employees and customers, including:
• Directing any employees with symptoms of illness to stay home
• Asking that non-essential parties refrain from attending closings
• Leveraging resources including at-home workstations and secure network connections to enable employees to work from home as needed
• Providing separate signing rooms for buyers and sellers, if available, and wiping down closing room tables and chairs after each appointment
• Encouraging the use of technology such as our Secure Portal for electronic signing and document completion when available
• Providing options that meet your unique needs while also maintaining a secure environment for our clients and employees

Minnesota has announced a stay-at-home order in response to the coronavirus situation. First American Title and Tri-County Abstract recognize the importance of taking the precautions necessary to help curb the spread of the coronavirus and we support those efforts.
