Sometimes you need a little dog love ;) Mija loves her lovings! 🦊
I was in Kansas this weekend to spend time with the family! Grandma Grace passed away yesterday and now is flying high :) She lived 101 years! I had the blessing of knowing this women throughout my life. She was kind, gentle, and had a servant heart. Love you Grandma!
How are you living abundantly during your time instead of living in scarcity.
Do we cure anything?
Survival vs thriving! Opportunity for 2 people! Usually $449 and only $300 for each person to see how we can change you and your family's life! Are you worth it?
Day 3 of public speaking challenge Our topic was "You can be imperfect but have a perfect message." We are all imperfect, but when the why oversteps the imperfection, perfection comes out. Bri's why...
Checking in!
Excuse the dog nose slobber-dealing Heeler glass door... The first one is with the door locked. Do any of your guy's dogs open doors? He just started this... Dang dog who is too smart for his own good! Charlie aka "chuckles" aka "little dog" aka "wittle dog".... Is a mess. Let's see some of your "too smart for their own good" dog pictures! Or if they are ornery, let's see them!
Bri and I trained Friday from 9-9, Saturday from 9-9, and Sunday from 9-6 pm. This whole seminar wasn't about chiropractic, it was about the neurology behind loving yourself. Why did I do this? It wasn't for you, well it sort of was, but it was for me. Long post alert! Bri and I are committed to ourselves in self discovery for a year through an organization this year. We are investing (money and time) in ourselves to find our true callings and our identities. Don't get us wrong we are both living partially in our identities, but mostly we are living for what others have said or told us we should live or think. It is very freeing to start to live in our mission and through our values. My mission (Dr. Taylor) is to give the underdogs a chance to thrive. I remember when I was a child having many traumas from bullies, and not feeling good enough. I did have anxiety, but I had a supportive family behind me and they taught me that standing up for myself and being the true me, it would pay off in the long run. I received a psychology degree and a doctorate to serve and I didn't know exactly for what reason until this weekend. This weekend I was taught we should be grateful for our traumas, because it brings us to where we need to be. It has led me to my mission, and my mission is to change the trajectory of kids and adults who feel like they are the underdog, stuck, sick, or have not reached their potential. I'm here to serve the families that feel sad, sick, mad, hurt, anxious, different, or don't fit in. I will continue to change the trajectory of as many kids and families as I can. But this seminar was really to tell me I need to love myself (the positive and negatives). I also learned I needed those positive and negative traumas to bring me to where I am. Traumas lead to emotions especially when you are young. These emotions can effect health as we know it. Kids will become locked in a fight or flight mode and be locked into stress which leads to many modern day sensory issues. (Anxiety, SPD, ADHD, Autism, oppositional defiance, and many other issues) Side note, I do not heal anything, I let their body start to heal itself from the inside out. As you start to take them out of fight mode, they start to sleep and digest more efficiently and start to heal. We teach in our clinic that emotional traumas can effect health. In this seminar we identified past traumas and worked on releasing them. My mission is to help people reach their potential through their nervous system by creating strategies for my patients to start to heal themselves. Past traumas, toxins, and thoughts highly effect the nervous system, and I can't wait to change your family's trajectory. You and your family are my mission to serve. This post is a mix of what we teach in the office and what I learned through Dr. Trivedi this weekend. If you are in the office, you hear me teach about a lot of this, but I absolutely love learning and growing as a doctor. Thank you for reading this and you are a value to this world :) you are loved and appreciated!

Loving yourself presently (not in the future fantasy or the past of who you were) will do wonders for your health goals. If you do not love yourself, reaching those goals will crumble when pain comes into the mix. You are specially made and you are important!

Dr. T has always loved creating! Now he has a page for it! Like and follow for more of Dr. T and chances to see Lathe videos and creative work done by Dr. Taylor! Thanks all! T's Custom Creations February 25 at 6:21 PM · Meet the craftsman and also of course his beautiful wife! (She helps on the creative artsy writing side of things! Owner of B’s Creations #powercreativecouple!) My name is Dr. Taylor Stevens DC and I am a life changer. I provide life shifting work as a career, but more than that, I have a creative side and provide pieces of art that can make one of a kind gifts! My wife, Brianna, and I are adventurers and also creatives. We value works of art, thus we of course got pulled this direction to serve you all. We live in beautiful Bella Vista, Arkansas and explore the lakes, rivers and hill-sides regularly. If you can't find us creating, we are probably in the community serving or on a kayak fishing. I started woodworking when I was a kiddo because my dad took me along with him. He asked me to do things and if I didn't get them right the first time, I'd do it again. From this came a desire to try new mediums and use different tools. Slowly the right tool for the job became a workshop. And the workshop became a part time business. Also this part time business became a way for more adventures and more tools for the workshop ;). I started turning pens and also Emitto Styx and absolutely love the fine detail in small pieces of wood and other mediums. I also have dabbled in almost anything woodworking. If you can create something in your mind, we can create something for you. Get ready to enjoy the ride on different projects we do, giveaways that come up, and behind the scenes footage in the workshop! If this intrigues you, please like and follow the page, but more than that share with someone that loves watching lathe videos and a really neat guy at work. The more you participate, you may learn a thing or two ;) Much love, and enjoy the ride! In health and hobbies, Taylor Stevens Dc
