Several are asking about Elaine. I had my 19th chemo treatment. Pretty much on a 3 week schedule right now. I am in remission with just 2 very small tumors left in the liver. Another body scan in Dec.
It's too dangerous for me to sew or cut as I have neuropathy in my hands & feet that shoot up my arms & legs. It's a side effect of the chemos.
I do try to visit the shop once in a while to see people. Keep praying for God is healing!

Elaine had her 8th chemo treatment today. Later in Feb she will have a Cardio echo gram to make sure the chemo isn't weakening her heart. She will also have a CT scan to see how much more shrinkage is occurring in the liver. One of the chemos she is on has left her with neuropathy in her hands and legs, feet. The dr took that away today. Her vision is also being effected and hopefully it will stabilize or go back to where it was.
She hopes to be able to come into the shop once or twice a month. never know which days all depends on how she's feeling and when she can get her daughter to drive her.
