Immediate hire, we are swamped.
We have one fantastic apprenticeship program to allow our plumbers to finish there on-site apprenticeship working towards their Illinois License.
At this moment, we MUST have Two years' MIN experience running service.
Sewer Excavation Experience is a plus as we do 3-4 a week.

SHOP TRAINEE /APPRENTICE PROGRAM
We are currently looking for Shop Technicians to work towards our Apprentice Program
We have an amazing opportunity to self establish a career.
We are looking for individuals who are driven, goal-oriented, eager to learn, able to delegate & be self-sufficient upon taking on tasks that need to be done or should be done to create an easier experience for all in & out of the shop.
As well as someone who can grow with us professionally.
Key Responsibilities
• Learning shop procedures & policies
• Weekly inventory
• Assemble and disassemble of hydro jetting as well as cleaning & or maintenance
• Take accountability as an assistant to the techs as well as the office.
• Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient working area
• Take pride in your work and execute tasks in a logical, cost-effective, safe manner
• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally, with customers and team members
• Learn and grow your skills and proficiency
Minimum Requirements
• Highschool or Above
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Knowledgeable, safe, and proficient with hand tools and power tools
• Basic computer skills
Physical Demands:
• Regularly required to be able to move about the facility (standing, walking) and customer sites, including stairs and ladders.
• Often lifting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 75.

Tritan Plumbing enjoys the cold. When repairing your line make sure to have it camera first. One thing we hate to see is a home dug up in many areas when the line is fine or not sheared. Back up is not always a shear or break. Tree roots can be an issue, many factors come into play.
Locating it first is always best & you as the customer must be able to watch on that screen if equipment allows. We always repair up to IDPH code. In a timely manner, the inspection was done & all repiped in less than 16 hours,. This customer went from very scary; limited services to full services in 24 hours. Days can be long & cold & that is why we joke & enjoy our days, Life is short you must enjoy the ride! I have learned a lot over the years & the appreciation of my team is the biggest & to you mu clients & community.
