To our valued Tropical Window Inc. customers;
Due to the recent increase of statewide COVID-19 cases, we will be implementing a few changes to protect our staff and community while still providing our services. Effective immediately, our showroom will be closed to the public. If you have any products that need repaired such as screens, soft vinyls, etc, we ask that you please call ahead to schedule a time to drop off your items. When the repairs have been completed we will schedule a time for you to come pick them up. If you are looking for a specific part, we ask that you please send a picture/description to us via email. We ask that any payments please me made via credit/debit card over the phone to keep contact at a minimum for everyone's safety. If you would like to schedule a free estimate for new windows or doors, please call our office or send us your information via email and we will be happy to schedule you with a salesman.
All installers and service technicians are also taking the necessary steps in the field to ensure our homeowner's are safe as well.
We appreciate your support and understanding during these difficult times and look forward to continuing to provide Citrus County with quality work and excellent service.

Due to the construction on 19 they are prepping and suppose to pour the sidewalk in front of our office. So the next couple of days you will need to use the next driveway for Container Solutions and drive thru their parking lot to get to ours.
