We all have a story to tell about our lives. My purpose is not just about being a Realtor in San Antonio but also a mom, a wife, a friend, a daughter, a volunteer & more. I love being a Realtor in San Antonio, TX. I knew I wanted to be a Realtor in my late 20's but after having my first daughter, my path changed and taking care of her and my family was my first priority. There were so many organizations that helped my family over the years that it is now my turn to give back and help others. Volunteering my time to help Veterans in need through The Jacqueline Smith Foundation in San Antonio, is something I love to do. My family has deep roots in the military with my husband, Greg, my father and both my grandfathers. I also help Any Baby Can, San Antonio Lighthouse for the Blind, 100 Women of San Antonio, Camp Camp, my church, and other organizations that are close to my heart. The Alamo Area Home Care Council is having their annual Amigo Fundraiser and due to Covid, they are having it virtually, allowing anyone, anywhere to attend - December 9th, 11-1pm (Zoom Meeting). Tickets are $50 each. Funds raised will benefit Project Elder Help, a program of Sisters at the Village. Every dollar donated goes directly to a senior receiving help in their home.
Grand Prize $2500
1st Place: $1500
2nd Place: $750
3rd Place: $250
Winner will be announced at December 9th at the AAHCC Zoom Meeting. Need not be present to win.

It’s great that the amenity center is now open for tours! I have so many out of town buyers really wanting to see it. It’s the gem of the Hill Country Retreat! Three pools, hot tubs, fitness center, billiards, pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, horseshoes, library, indoor track and more!! Who wouldn’t want to live there! You have to wait until you turn 55, though.
I am honored to have placed #28 company wide for individual sales for 2020. I love my Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, Realtors’ family. I have such a fantastic support system with managers, office assistants, marketing, IT, accounting and my Realtor friends. I couldn’t do it without them! I am so blessed!!

Just went under contract today with a new build at a Lennar community. Super excited for them!! I’ll be the “eyes” for my clients until we close since they live out of state. I’m always there for my clients from start to finish, even when they can’t be in person.
A productive week! Visited Hill Country Retreat with one of my clients, attended an inspection with another, foundation about to start for a new build, checked on a new build for an out of state buyer, took a tour at The Landing, closed on a home from a dear friend, and listed a home that’s coming on the market in a few weeks! Just some of the my highlights for the week! I love what I do!!!
Even with the pandemic, we had an extraordinary year in 2020! I’m proud to be a part of this brokerage!
