Ten years ago today, on September 22, 2010, our Chief Operating Officer Justin Bellet along with several other company executives were tasked with creating some personal and professional core values for our company.
After creating 11 Core Values, the group presented their list to Truly himself, and he approved them with one addition - his personal motto: Follow the Golden Rule.
The group instantly made Truly’s addition No. 1, and the rest is history. Our company’s eventual 12 Core Values are still the foundation of the culture of our company.
Ten years to the day of our Core Values’ initial creation, we continue to enjoy adding value to the lives we touch. 🐭🚗📝🖊💛
