DENTSU BRINGS TOGETHER KROGER, GENERAL MOTORS, AND PROCTER & GAMBLE TO SUPPORT THE LAUNCH OF A NEW ORIGINAL AUDIO SERIES TO BE DISTRIBUTED EXCLUSIVELY ON BLACK-OWNED MEDIA. NABOB commends Dentsu International for bringing concrete action to its stated goal of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a result of dentsu’s pioneering effort, NABOB is very pleased to announce the launch of “More Than That" with Gia Peppers, which is a nine-part audio series that will air exclusively across three of the country’s premier Black platforms: the Spotset NABOB Radio Network, Urban One, and American Urban Radio Networks.
The series was conceived by dentsu and co-created and produced by One Solution, a division of Urban One. In addition to conceiving the series, dentsu reached out to and obtained three major sponsors for the series, General Motors, Kroger, and Procter & Gamble. dentsu obtained the support of all three sponsors to distribute the series exclusively on Black-owned media.
This is a historic event, which clearly grew out of the events of 2020, where people of every race, ethnicity, and age group took to the streets to demand an end to systemic racial discrimination in our society.
