This I could'nt believe until I saw it myself. They came out on Christmas Day!
That's right we had no heat and they came out on the holiday. I felt so bad for the worker that was taken from his family when I found out it was the Owner that came out to do the call.
I couldn't believe it!
He fixed our heat pump and with a smile gave me a smile saying Merry Christmas. He gave me 50% off the bill as a, get this one. A G.I.F.T! !
How about that for a gift from Santa lol! !

We needed a repair for my Subzero refrigerator at 5am.
I needed to go to work by 12 noon. Can't afford any more time away from my job. They came right away and found the problem. They found a leak and they repaired the coil.
They then recharged the unit and it was up and running
What made it better was I didn't miss work.

I've used many other companies for all my Hvac repairs.
This time my regular company wasn't available when the emergency arose. I was hesatent to use a new contractor.
