GOOD NEWS for all our customers.. Several pieces of information we need to share with you.
1. three of our carriers have announced they will be refunding 15%-20% of the premiums you pay for Automobile Insurance during April and May. and we hope longer if this restriction of movement continues longer. those companies are: Auto-Owners, Progressive, and Safeco.. we have no details on how the refunds will be provided to you, so keep your eyes and ears open. We again assume, it will follow whatever means you use to make your Auto Insurance Payments.
2. virtually all our companies we represent will work with you to arrange payment timing as needed if you have been adversely impacted during this Virus scare. so if you have been laid off work, or if you are a business owner and your business has been impacted, please contact your insurance companies billing department directly.

The Tucker Insurance motto is " we treat you like family". that means our primary focus is to provide you the best products, at the best price, and do everything possible to help you when you need us.
Due to concerns about the Corona Virus we are making some adjustments here to protect your health and the health of our employees. Our expectation is that the service you receive from us will not be diminished. Most everything you need from us we can complete over the phone and or electronically. There are exceptions and we have planned for those. The changes outlined below are temporary. We will evaluate at month end and mid month, notifying you via email when we revert to our normal availability.
Effective Immediately:
- our employees will work from home. We will meet you at the office if the situation warrants this.
