I believe in collaborating with patients and viewing their concerns through a holistic lens. Treatment may involve medication management, complementary approaches and therapy. Having worked in a diverse array of settings, I remain humbled by the strength of the mind-body connection. With specialized training in issues related to menarche, PMDD, pregnancy and menopause, I feel privileged to work with women, mothers and families to strengthen insight and improve quality of life. Since completing my training, I have held academic appointments in Boston, Virginia and New York. Pursuing research and clinical work with women across the life cycle I have deepened an appreciation for the profound impact biologic changes and hormonal transitions can have on mental health and overall well-being.
