We've cancelled October plans for re-opening the store to walk-in shoppers. Everyone here is sorely missing regular customers and familiar faces, but we're taking Coronavirus seriously. We feel fortunate to be making ends meet with online sales and curbside pickups. Tulsa is our namesake and we're definitely here to stay. It's been an exhausting Christmas thanks to our local post office not scanning a few thousand packages that we dropped off in December. We've been responding to hundreds of angry phone calls, emails and chats from customers that are convinced we never actually sent their package. This screenshot shows one of these shipments that USPS "never received" until it materialized today in Delaware. We'll be looking at shipping alternatives for next year.
