Happy October, everyone! 🎃
With Halloween, Thanksgiving and the Holidays right around the corner, 2020 will soon come to a close. We wanted to remind you that most dental insurance benefits expire on December 31st. If you have postponed any necessary treatment, or want to get in for a routine cleaning and check-up before the end of the year reset, please reach out to our office. We would love to find a time that works for you!
For appointments, call or text (479)633-8846.
We are looking forward to seeing you!
Wow, where did June and July go!? We hope everyone has had the best summer they can under the circumstances.
A quick update from our office: We are continuing to follow the CDC and Arkansas Public Health Department guidelines. We are still taking temperatures, having all patients complete a screening questionnaire, and masks are still required when outside of a treatment room.
We have appreciated the patience you have all shown while we continue to get caught up after the shutdown. We look forward to seeing you soon, and thank you for blessing us with the option to care for your families.
Hello everyone! We are excited to announce we are returning to the office on Monday, June 1st. Your safety is our top priority, and we have made any appropriate changes following the guidelines from the Arkansas Department of Health.
Please note that only patients with scheduled visits will be allowed inside. At this time, we are asking all patients to wear a mask upon entering. We ask that patients do not arrive more than 5 minutes early, as to limit time in the waiting room. We will continue to complete our COVID-19 screening questionnaire, and will be taking temperatures with a non-contact thermometer.
Thank you for your patience as we continue to schedule appointments that had to be moved from March, April and May. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Another update on our practice: based on the CDC and Arkansas State Board recommendations, we are continuing to reschedule all non-emergency treatment through May. Our office will be reaching out to you if you have an appointment scheduled in this time frame. We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy, and look forward to seeing you soon.
A quick update for our patients: based on the CDC and Arkansas State Board recommendations, we are rescheduling all non-emergency treatment through the end of April. Our office will be reaching out to you if you have an appointment scheduled in this time frame. We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy, and look forward to seeing you soon.
We want to update you on our plan of action related to the COVID-19 virus outbreak. Based on the recommendation from the Arkansas State Board of Dentistry and the American Dental Association, we are suspending all routine dental procedures until further notice.
All patients with scheduled visits will be contacted by our staff to reschedule. In order to help the schedule management run smoothly, we ask that you wait to be contacted by our team for rescheduling. We will start with March 19th and move forward. Our schedule suspension could run as long as two weeks, but we will keep you informed of any changes.
We will be available for emergency care. Please call us at (479)633-8846, and we will return all calls as soon as possible. Again, we ask all patients who exhibit flu-like or respiratory illness symptoms to refrain from visiting our office. If an in person visit proves necessary, we ask that only the patient come to the office unless personal assistance is required. All guests will be asked to remain in your vehicle. One parent or guardian may accompany a minor patient.
We look forward to returning to our normal operations as soon as deemed appropriate by the State of Arkansas. We wish you all the best of health, and that you and your families stay safe.
Ty King
