INFECTION CONTROL TECHNOLOGY
• Fogging: We are using a device to “fog” every room to aid in sanitation after each patient.
This allows us to disinfect every surface. The fogging process uses hypochlorous acid, the ingredient that gives bleach it’s ability to clean and disinfect.
• Air quality control: we have installed advanced HEPA filtration air purifiers in all rooms to remove particles that can spread infection.
• Bipolar ionization technology: as an added level of air quality control we are using bipolar ionization technology (see below) to augment our air filtration. Bipolar ionization reduces pathogens in the air by 99.9%
and significantly reduces viral transmission through airborne particles and breathing. The diagram below shows how it works.
