We’ve never had roasted poblano peppers on a burger – but we are so excited to try it! On the menu for #MaconBurgerWeek from Tzango is The Poblanita! Try it Monday, November 2- Sunday, November 8!

Carnitas, literally meaning "little meats", is a dish of Mexican cuisine originating from the state of Michoacán. Carnitas are made by braising or simmering pork with seasonings until tender. When done right, the meat is always very juicy. We serve ours with caramelized onions and, if you like things a little spicier, jalapeños. It comes with tortillas on the side, so you can eat it like a taco!

As the All Souls Day celebration approaches, we prepared an offering to our dearly departed in the fashion of Mexican Dia de Muertos celebration. A Mexican national holiday of remembrance to honor and celebrate the lives of all those friends and family members closest to our hearts who have passed to the after life. We invite all our Tzango's friends and family to join us in celebrating the life of all those we have loved and lost.

One year ago today we had to close our doors for dine-in service because of the pandemic. Since then we have had to operate a little differently, with fewer tables in our restaurant, in accordance with safety requirements. We thank everyone who has supported us in the past year and continued to enjoy our food through take-out, delivery, or dine-in. It means so much to our family.
