As of March 24, 2020 our office staff will be working from home as often as possible. We will still be checking voicemails at the office however, email is probably the best way to reach us. The Coronavirus – COVID-19, has resulted in changes to operations at our law office. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, Martin R. Ulferts & Associates, is suspending “in person” client meetings at the office. It is anticipated that the suspension of in person office conferences will continue through at least April 6, 2020.
Martin and Katherine will be available to meet with clients through phone calls or video conferencing. If you have a scheduled meeting, court hearing(s), trial(s) or deposition(s), you should contact our office to confirm whether it will occur as scheduled. Many courts have continued all non-essential civil and criminal hearings which will not be rescheduled until sometime after May 4, 2020.
If you need to make a payment or drop off documents/paperwork you can utilize our mail slot. Please call the office and let us know that you have dropped something off so we can make sure it is received. If you need paperwork/documents from us arrangements can be made to send them via US Mail or e-mail.
While our offices will remain open to provide services to you, we will continue to monitor the pandemic and post any changes in our office practice as required.

Winter Coat Drive
Martin Ulferts & Associates is having a coat drive to support families in need this winter. Please consider donating your new or gently used cold weather gear (coats, hats, mittens, etc.)! Please make sure they are washed before you drop them off. We would also ask that you be mindful of mask wearing and social distancing policies. We will be accepting donations in our office until November 30, 2020.
Due to the current increase in COVID-19 cases we are attempting to limit our exposure and yours by keeping our doors locked. We are still in the office and are here to meet your needs.
