How are the steps made with the rebar the way it’s formed?
📣 Gunite!
They shoot the reinforced area with gunite and then they go to town forming the steps the way your 2D design specifies! It took the foreman 30-45 min to get these shaped just perfectly! (I may or may not have been standing above him being a perfectionist 😂🤪🤷🏽♀️ until they were exactly the way our client envisioned!)
