Construction is coming right along for The Gardens of Ketcham!
This is a great example of Master Planning at Lincoln Pines Lakefront Resort in Santa Claus, Indiana! The project is well underway with the first phases already complete!

This is the current site and construction work that is being done on The Gardens of Ketcham at Ketcham Memorial Center in Odon, Indiana!

Within the past 5 years we have designed: 28 new buildings, 14 new building additions, 115 existing building projects (such as renovations and MEP)!
These are drone photos we took during some recent project site visits in Ohio. The facility with the most construction is located in Pickerington, Ohio, and the other is located in Gahanna, Ohio.
UDA recieved a couple of shout outs at the City of Huntingburg Street & Safety Department dedication ceremony, and we are very thankful! What a great project that benefits so many in our community! It was a pleasure helping make this a reality!
