About Dr. Neha Pathak
Neha Pathak, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist providing comprehensive foot and ankle care to patients at Universal Footcare in New York City. The practice serves the diverse Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan.
Dr. Pathak received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in North Chicago, Illinois. She served as chief resident during her residency training at the Department of Veterans Affairs New York Harbor Healthcare System in New York City.
She then held a second residency at Banner Desert Hospital in Mesa, Arizona, with an emphasis on diabetic limb salvage and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle.
At Universal Footcare, Dr. Pathak proudly offers progressive medical treatments and various surgical techniques to help her patients improve their physical health as quickly as possible. She believes that most foot and ankle ailments are best managed with personalized treatment and conservative care, but also recognizes that minimally invasive surgical care is sometimes necessary.
As a former athlete, Dr. Pathak has first-hand knowledge of the effects of sports-related injuries. She specializes in diagnosing and treating an array of conditions, including bunions, fractures, heel pain, Achilles tendonitis, plantar warts, heel spurs, hammertoe, plantar fasciitis, and sprained ankles.
Dr. Pathak is affiliated with the University Hospital of Brooklyn and Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, both in New York.
