These are unprecedented and trying times to say the least. Your University Subaru family hopes that you and your family are secure and safe.
We want to let you know, that we are still open and working within the parameters of the City and County Stay at home order. Service, Parts, and our Body Shop departments are open as usual.
The sales department will be open to the extent of email and internet inquiries. We can still discuss features, options, pricing, and even come to an agreement in principal for purchase. We must do it over the phone or the internet.

The University Subaru Service Department is an essential Columbia business and will remain open. We understand this is a difficult time for everyone, and we are taking active measures to make sure this is a clean and sterile environment.
We will also be offering a new service to help our customers who may be stuck at home. By appointment only, if you live within a 20 mile radius, one of our certified technicians will personally pick up, service, and return your vehicle to you at home. Again this is by appointment, and you must live within a 20 mile radius of the University Subaru Dealership.
