That's right, we've taken over the spacious and luxurious Konrad King Building in Normal Heights!
For years, our owner Curtis looked longingly at across the street from our Normal Heights shop at the seemingly perfect space for a bike shop. As it turns out, that space became available just as we were searching for more room to take care of our growing community of bikers.
The new location is located directly across the street from our original Normal Heights location at:
3426 Adams Avenue
San Diego, CA 92116
We are operating at all 3 of our locations, but if you're in Normal Heights please visit us at the new Konrad King building.

Last Night on The Late Show's segment "Trying to Remember Things that you knew how to do when you were younger" Stephen Colbert remembered how to change a bike inner tube. We recommend using a tire lever instead of a screwdriver (to avoid a possible puncture), but sometimes you have to work with what you have. Or, you could make it easy and bring your bike to us!

We recently hosted our first Pedal Ahead community e-Bike distribution event. It was great to see the excitement of the first round of recipients picking up their new e-Bikes! Sharing the benefits of living a "commute-by-bike" lifestyle with our community is exactly why we do what we do. 😀😃😄😁🚴♂️🚴♀️

We had our first Pedal Ahead community e-bike distribution at Uptown Bicycles last night in Normal Heights. Thanks to all who registered to receive an e-bike ... lots of smiling faces under the masks, and several jumped on the e-bikes and rode home with their NiteRider Technical Lighting front and rear lights ablaze! Big announcement time!
Early September, I'll join the The Pablove Foundation peloton as we fight childhood cancer with love, one pedal stroke at a time. Our journey this year will be through the roads and trails in beautiful Oregon. We'll no doubt encounter tough climbs and numerous challenges, but nothing we face will compare to the hardship kids living with cancer and their families endure every day.
Every dollar you give gets me closer to completing this ride and funding The Pablove Foundation's mission to improve the lives of children living with cancer through the arts and invest in underfunded, cutting-edge pediatric cancer research. We help kids with cancer live a love-filled life today, and a cancer-free life tomorrow.
