Marston, P.E. is registered as a Professional Engineer in Florida and Georgia, a member of the Florida Engineering Society, and an FSU/FAMU College of Engineering Industry Advisor. He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering at Florida State University. He is a native Tallahassean and is active in the Tallahassee community. He is married to Whitney Marston and has two wonderful kids. He enjoys outdoor activities and is an avid Florida State University supporter. He is also a longtime member of Springtime Tallahassee.

We are very proud of one of our recent projects. The Envision Credit Union building was a major redevelopment project in downtown Tallahassee with the construction of their new 10,850 S. F. building which includes Tallahassee’s first Integrated Teller Machines. This beautiful facility is located on the NW corner of Georgia and North Monroe street.

A new North Florida Medical Center is coming soon with a new location in Perry, FL. The new 7,500 SF community health center will be able to provide quality and affordable medical and dental care for the citizens of Taylor and surrounding counties.
UC2 would like to thank the City of Perry and Vystar Credit Union for their assistance in helping make this development a success.

Check out one of our recent projects! Carepoint Health and Wellness Center was a redevelopment project which combined four parcels in downtown Tallahassee for the construction of a new medical care facility.
Carepoint provides essential healthcare services for citizens of Leon and surrounding counties. Ultimately, a new 27,600 +/- S.F. all-inclusive medical facility was constructed with the associated infrastructure and included two out parcels for future development. UC2 was instrumental in receiving approval for the Type-A site plan and environmental permitting with the City of Tallahassee. Urban Catalyst Consultants (UC² ) is proud to have been involved with the Villas at Killearn Lakes in a recent building project. The Villas is pioneering a unique community of homes for assisted living and whole-person memory care. Working with the Project Team at Villas at Killearn Lakes, we were able to bring their vision of continued Elderly Care into reality.
UC² worked with our colleagues at Leon County to successfully permit and redevelop an Assisted Living Community from a previously platted commercial retail development.
Special thanks to Talquin Electric and Deer Lake United Methodist Church for their help and assistance in relocating existing utilities to allow for the campus-like design. Please reach out to Villas at Killearn Lakes for your family needs.
