Hello Friends!
As you know, we will be re-opening tomorrow, Tuesday the 12th. We have almost everyone re-booked that had an appointment cancelled March-May. There are still a few people we couldn’t reach, so if you haven’t heard from us and had an appointment cancelled, please send us a message here so we can get you scheduled.
Anyone else who would like to schedule an appointment may call starting tomorrow. We are expecting a very high call volume, so if you can’t reach us, please leave a message and we will return your call ASAP.
As a reminder, we will not be accepting walk-ins for the foreseeable future. Please call us to schedule an appointment for these services, as our lobby will be closed and all services will be by appointment only.
When you arrive to your appointment, please ring the doorbell outside either of our entrances and we will come out to check you in.
Thank you all so much! We can’t wait to see everyone 😬💜
We have heard from a lot of you guys that other grooming salons have been seen open within this last week, and in turn, wondering if we are re-opening as well.
We just wanted to update that we are not re-opening until {at least} May 1st, in accordance with local ordinances. We are in constant communication with Ohio department of health & other local officials, who do in fact deem Pet Grooming as a non-essential service. With opinions on how essential we feel we are aside, we will be following the law and remaining closed. Businesses not abiding are being fined, forcefully closed, & in some cases, charged with misdemeanors.
Our top priority right now is health. The health of all of you & your families, ourselves and our loved-ones, and of the human population as a whole. I know that we are all suffering right now in different ways, but if all of us and everyone we love come out of this alive & healthy- that’s plenty to be grateful for and worth all other struggles.
We will reach out to everyone who missed appointments and get you all rescheduled as soon as we can begin serving you again safely & legally. We look forward to it very, very much!
We appreciate everyone who is doing their part and isolating/ working in essential positions. Both are heroic, and we thank you 💚
