Absolutely love this place Love Dr Green and his staff Dr Green always takes his time to answer any of my questions or concerns. I never feel like I am being rushed through there like other places I have been to in the past. Dr Green is constantly keeping up with the latest technology that will benefit his patients The staff is very friendly and so helpful I had my yearly exam yesterday and I was determined to order a pair of glasses. Lauren was great and amazing from the beginning of my exam to the very end. Dr. Greene and the Urban Optics staff are amazing I had my glasses redone 3 times by a previous doctor's office, and I was still having issues. They insisted I wasn't giving my eyes an opportunity to adjust. At my first visit to Urban Optics, Dr. Greene immediately noticed my glasses did not remotely match my prescription. I got a new pair of lenses, and I've been a loyal customer ever since During my last visit, I saw one of the staff members talking to a special needs child in the waiting area. He was obviously having a bad day, but she kept talking to him and his mother until he calmed down. By the time they left, he was excited about coming back the next day to finish his exam. I was really impressed to see the staff member take the time to help allay his fears so his next visit might go a little smoother.
