Field Operation:
• Report to work ON TIME
• Remove loose trash and debris from landscape before mowing
• Remove weeds from sidewalks, curbs, and landscape beds
• Report property damage to Crew Leader
• Use common knowledge
Client Relations:
• Always be courteous
• Always wear a clean uniform
• Know what to do if a client or anyone asks a question
Equipment Use:
• Learn to use the proper equipment for the job
• Become certified in our training program
• Learn to service the necessary preventative maintenance on equipment
• Learn the proper loading and unloading of equipment
Safety:
• Attend in company orientation program
• Learn to adhere to all safety rules/policies
• Must use appropriate safety equipment when necessary
Requirements:
• Has a "can-do" attitude
• Gets a job done on time and knows what to do next
• Goes beyond whats expected
• Must be a "team player" and get along with all co-workers
• Works hard

SNOW UPDATE: Ok, here is what we are thinking for the snow this weekend! We are a little shy on posting potential snow amounts after Monday (Arg ha!) but our team has looked at EVERY little bit of data we can (sometimes 2 or 3x) and we've had many conversations about what is going to happen. So here's what we know: There are a few things different about this storm that make more snow likely. 1. There's more water inside this storm and 2. The rain/ice/snow line stays in central Indiana. This means we stay in the all snow area. Snow times out to start around 7p Saturday evening. The most intense snow will fall in the middle of the night, which means the worst driving time is likely Sunday morning. Our far northern areas will get the lightest snow but most of the area should end up with 6" of snow. We will continue to update this as we get more data in and as the storm develops. A travel note: going south towards Indy will be a mess. You'll see our heavy snow, but also get ice and rain and snow mixture as you go south.

MONDAY EVENING - TUESDAY WINTER STORM:
Fairly confident at this point in an impactful winter storm across much of the area. I'd suspect mcuh of the area is placed under a winter storm watch later today or tonight by the National Weather Service. At this point, the question is where will the freezing rain/sleet/rain line be. That will knock down snow totals where that happens. The exact track of the storm is what will determine where that line will be. Otherwise, north of that rain/sleet/freezing rain line, a swath of 6"+ of widespread snow is likely.
Timing looks to be after 3pm Monday, lasting into Monday night and ending late afternoon Tuesday. As we get closer to the event, we'll tweak where that "line" is... and update you on exact impacts county-by-county.
WSBT 22 Meteorologist Lynnette Grant is in the forecast center today and will have a more detailed snow map & timing info! I'll share her update when she finalizes it!

After a few weeks of quiet... the forecast starts to get a lot more active starting Thursday evening! Chances of snow are in every day! Most of the snow totals will be light, starting Friday with ~2" possible.

ARCTIC AIR IS COMING: After mid-month, arctic cold looks to push into the eastern half of the country. This will likely be the coldest air of the season, and with an active pattern, will likely bring us better chances for accumulating snow. At earliest, this will be around January 15th. The core of the cold likely a few days later.
More updates in the days to come, but for now, plan on a cold (and perhaps snowy) second half of January. Until then... Zzz Zzz Zzz... :)
