We are back!
A couple things to note:
We request that all people coming in wear a mask and use the hand sanitizer at the front. When possible, we request that visitors are limited. Parents are absolutely allowed with minor children, and anyone who may need to be present to assist another is allowed. We will have disinfectable paperwork and a temperature check at the front desk. We have staggered appointments as best as we can to reduce the number of people waiting together, however we may ask you to wait in the secondary lobby through the door.
We will be using a pulse oximeter in the back and also having patients swish with a hydrogen peroxide/mouthwash mixture to help reduce viral load. Because the pulse oximeter is not easily sterilized, we will ask you to wash your hands again once you get to the back with us.
Otherwise a lot of things will look quite normal. We will have extra gear on and be switching our lab coats out between patients. We will have our air purifiers running and be using our ozone lights overnight. We also have large hepa filter vacuums that we will run during parts of your procedures. If you would like ear protection for this part you may bring some :-)
Because the office will be freshly sterilized overnight with the ozone lights, we do request that patients with health concerns/issues or any extra risk factors for COVID19 schedule in the morning before 2pm in order to give them the safest environment possible.
We are excited to see you again, even from behind our masks. :-)
We have been thinking of our patients and missing your faces! We have also been very busy trying to be as safe as possible for you. You'll notice a few additions around the office when we can fully open back up! We have added sneeze guards, a hepa air filter, UV light cleaners, vacuums for aerosols, thermometers for temperature readings and an antiviral mouthwash for before procedures. We have also been doing a little landscaping :-)
Be safe out there!

Beginning no later than March 23, 2020 at 5:00 pm, and continuing for the duration of the peacetime emergency declared in Executive Order 20-01 or until this Executive Order is rescinded, all non-essential or elective surgeries and procedures, including non-emergent or elective dental care, that utilize PPE or ventilators must be
postponed indefinitely. must be postponed.
A non-essential surgery or procedure is a procedure that can be delayed without undue risk to the current or future health of a patient. Examples of criteria to consider include:
