Valholla Entertainment, Inc. was founded in 2005 by Chairman and CEO, Vince Valholla after developing the concept to launch an independent record label that would represent a new era in music business. Today, the label is home to a top-notch, musically diverse set of individuals committed to reaching the heights of their creative endeavors. The Valholla brand is built on the principle that a proven track record of consistent, high quality material is the key to long-term success. And music is only the beginning – the company has expanded their services to include artist management, publishing, video production, apparel and merchandising.
Of Valholla’s many strong-suits, their ability to employ innovative music marketing techniques is among their strongest. With an expert knowledge of digital marketing that continually rivals those of major labels; they’ve repeatedly set the standard for independent labels in the digital age.

When Valholla was founded, the goal was to be as innovative and nimble as possible, while operating as if we were a major label. Within our 10 year history, we have become one of the most consistent independent labels in the United States.
Valholla Entertainment focuses on producing quality. Our independent spirit and thirst for innovation continuously puts us in the position to stand out among a competitive landscape. Our experienced team gives us the ability to produce and release projects from start to finish while handling all aspects in-house. Valholla Recording Artist Kirby Maurier was recently named GRAMMY Amplifier winner for 2016. In 2015, Kirby released one of the most commercially successful R&B albums from an independent Female based in Florida ("Doing The Most"). Valholla is currently based in Miami, Florida with operations across the United States.

Valholla’s Management division was founded after a shift in the marketplace in 2007 where labels were transforming into more than just record companies. Our in-house management team provides development and direction for an ever changing marketplace. We insure the business side of an artist’s brand is covered while securing new opportunities.

Since day one, we have handled marketing in-house. In 2008, Bleu Odin was created to provide marketing services for other companies. Bleu Odin would offer visual production, marketing strategy and so much more. Bleu Odin has consulted with many small businesses inside and out of entertainment. Visuals produced by Bleu Odin has been featured on MTV, VH1 and more.
