Located in the Rio Sureno Medical Plaza, Valley Hope of Tempe offers a range of outpatient services and is easily accessible to individuals living in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
SERVICES
Treatment is provided in person at our facility. Our continuum of care includes a six-week Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) with morning and evening options, continuing care, and a relapse prevention program that meets weekly. Treatment is tailored to individual need and medication assisted treatment may be used when appropriate.
