Valley Medical and Wellness is a premiere chronic pain medicine and addiction medicine practice with offices in Burnsville, Minneapolis, and Woodbury, Minnesota who's mission is to help people to get back to loving life.
While we remain committed to fighting the opioid epidemic, VMW is also helping to fight the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic by offering drive-thru community testing and telehealth appointments for all Minnesotans, as well as acting as a COVID-19 testing referral lab for community providers.
At Valley Medical and Wellness, with offices in Burnsville, Minneapolis, and Woodbury, Minnesota, we strive to improve the quality of life of those suffering from pain and/or addiction through a comprehensive approach focusing on overall wellness along with progressive and knowledgeable medical treatments. We work closely with our patients and we recognize that dealing with pain and addiction can impact every aspect of our lives-such as one's self-worth, physical health, jobs, relationships with friends and family, finances, and mental health.
Under the guidance of Svetlana Zaydman, DO, and Ashwin George, MD, patients receive customized treatment that identifies their pain or addiction problem, creates goals, and puts a plan into action that helps achieve these goals.
The goal is to help patients improve their health and comfort, so they can return to being their best selves. Pain management strategies are personalized to each patient and often incorporate physical and interventional pain therapies. Addiction treatment includes therapies and support to help with dependence on pain pills, methamphetamines, benzodiazepines, heroin, and alcohol.
We work with CREATE in Hennipen and Dakota counties, Canvas Health in Washington and Chisago county, and NuWay in Olmstead county to provide addiction counseling for our patients.
We are a member of the Fairview Physicians Association (FPA) and are able to refer out a full range of medical services.
