Wishing everyone a healthy relaxing labor day weekend. Especially thanking our front line workers who have been going non-stop through these last 6 months. We will be closed Monday Sept 7, reopening at 8 am Tuesday morning.

An update for our Valley Vet Community,
It is of utmost importance to keep Valley Vet fully operational. For now and for the immediately foreseeable future, we are not accommodating clients and patients in the building together during general appointments. I want to assure you we have the safety of our patients, clients, and staff at the forefront of this decision. During the “pause”, we had to decrease hours and appointments. We also experienced a closure due to Covid-19 infections in our staff. For this and other reasons, I am operating Valley Vet as a “curbside” business. This is a decision I take very seriously, and revisit daily. I check the New York State and Veterinary Medical Society guidelines. This is our busiest time of year. Right now, I am focused on maintaining as many appointments as possible, while keeping up with rigorous cleaning. The patient's welfare through all of this weighs on my mind. I understand you want to be with your pet during the exam. I assure you, patients are handling it very well. Please understand this is a difficult decision, but one I make with the best intentions.
