Large apartment community hiring immediately for the position of Leasing Specialist. Our community is 600+ unit property located in the northeast part of El Paso. We are looking for a friendly, customer-service focused and sales-driven individual!
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Meeting with prospects and touring units
Qualifying prospective residents, preparing and executing leases
Collection of fees/deposits
Marketing of property
Following up with prospective residents
Opening/closing of maintenance requests, conducting audits
Conducting inspections of units before move-in and for move-out
Preparing renewal leases
Renter's insurance compliance
Skills include:
Great customer service
Strong sales background
Excellent time management
Strong administrative work
Team Player
Positive Attitude
Works well under pressure

Must have at least one year industry-related experience.

***Seasonal Housekeeper Needed for Large Apartment Community***
Temporary housekeeper position available immediately!
Duties include, but not limited to:
Maintaining and sanitizing hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, and other common areas.
Cleaning large office.
Preparing and cleaning vacant apartments for move-in.
Picking up trash, pulling weeds, and other outside duties.
Delivering notices to residents.
Escorting pest control technician when servicing units,
Other duties as assigned.
Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
*Experience preferred but not required.
